Business Problem

Residents of the building take many actions on their own to maintain cleanliness and well-being in the apartments, searching for reliable contractors, and checking them takes a lot of time. Therefore, we offer a solution that will make life easier for residents of an apartment building and increase the income of service companies.

Challenges

Create App and admin panel for convenient interaction between real estate companies and their clients.

Solution

Make an application for the residents of the house, which can completely cover all the needs of users.

The main features we defined for the first version of the application

• leave applications for the service company in case of certain problems in the building (categories - elevator, parking, common area, yard)
• order cleaning, handyman, technical support services and pay for them
• pay rent and utilities online
• add residents to your apartments
• contact the support of the service company in the chat or order a call

Achievements & activities

As a Product Designer Lead I worked directly with the founders. At first stage I discovered business goals, technical requirements, potential user needs. And we highlighted main functionality. I created visual design concept, interactive prototype, covered different flow and created UI KIT for Devs Team. As a result we created user-friendly App and Admin panel. Now project is on developing stage.
